Burle
Specialized in legal counsel for the structuring, negotiation, and implementation of complex corporate and contractual transactions, with a focus on the infrastructure and technology sectors. Possesses extensive expertise in M&A, Venture Capital, and business combination projects, as well as in estate and succession planning, resolution of corporate litigation, and contractual disputes. She began her career in Recife and subsequently worked for five years in law firms in São Paulo, where she consolidated her practice and advised publicly traded companies on inorganic growth and market consolidation processes.
She is the author of articles published in legal books and journals, as well as in widely circulated newspapers. She has been interviewed on radio programs to discuss topics related to Business Law and has lectured at events related to these topics in Brazil.
In addition to her activities as a lawyer, Gisela was a member of CAMARB Jovem (2018-2020), a member of the Drafting and Organizing Committee of the IX and X Brazilian Business Arbitration and Mediation Competition promoted by CAMARB, a researcher for the CNJ and CNPq, a scholarship recipient from the International University Association for the 32nd EPIIC Symposium at Tufts University (Boston, USA), and coordinator of the Brazilian delegation for the 33rd edition of the same Symposium.

He possesses expertise in advising investment funds, providing regulatory and legislative consulting to managers, administrators, and shareholders, drafting and updating regulations and contracts, as well as implementing investments. He also has significant experience in infrastructure operations, especially in the energy sector, including generation projects (Distributed Generation and Self-Production), EPC contracts, and energy trading contracts in the ACL (Free Contracting Environment). In the area of project finance, he has advised clients on debenture issuance transactions and the negotiation of financing agreements and guarantee instruments.
